We process data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before it, for example when donating), (c) (compliance with a legal obligation, for example accounting) and (f) (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting our rights).

Retention

We keep documents related to donations for as long as accounting and tax legislation requires. Other data (for example correspondence) is kept for a reasonable period after your enquiry is resolved, and then deleted.
