Donation terms

These terms apply to donations to MARITSA, whether made online by card or by bank transfer.

Voluntary and gratuitous donations

Donations are voluntary and gratuitous; no goods or services are provided in return.

Use of donations

Donations are used only for the statutory purposes of the association.

Currency and payment

Currency: EUR. Online payments are processed by Stripe. You can also donate by bank transfer to the account shown on the Donate page.

Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you donated by mistake (wrong amount, duplicate payment) or without your authorisation, email us at maritsaplovdiv26@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund to the original payment method.

Donation receipt

On request, we issue a document confirming your donation.

Recurring donations

There are no recurring donations. Every donation is a one-off.
